a decayed mixture of plants that is used to improve the soil in a garden

Not true, according to soil ambassador Sara Turner. Composting is the easiest and most environmentally sustainable way to recycle food. By composting you can conserve energy and natural resources, reduce air and water pollution and starve the landfills. This process allows your food to become the food for your food (Image 1).
